All G3N Nutrition products are food supplements intended for use by physically active adults as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product's correct price is higher than displayed, we will contact you before dispatching.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the G3N Nutrition name, logo, product names, and imagery — is the property of Nutriprovita Limited. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

REFUND POLICY

1. Our Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every G3N Nutrition order. If you are not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund or exchange — no hassle.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging
  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

We cannot accept returns on opened or part-used products unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at g3nnutrition@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return postage.

4. Return Process

  1. Email g3nnutrition@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm and provide the return address.
  3. Send items via a tracked service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch. Contact us immediately at g3nnutrition@gmail.com. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard returns process applies.

SHIPPING POLICY

Quick summary: Free shipping on orders over £49.99. Free local Derby delivery. Standard tracked delivery on all other orders.

1. Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

3. Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent by email upon dispatch. Issues? Contact g3nnutrition@gmail.com within 2 working days of expected delivery.

4. Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of the expected date, contact us. We will investigate and either resend at no charge or issue a full refund.
